Here's another happy customer for the TVS DSG update. Thanks @BognorMotors . The van is much more responsive, and no more droning at about 1100 rpm in 7th and/or hesitancy to start off from 1st or in reverse.

Now actively considering the ECU remap as well. IMO, an ECU remap is not for more power, but for helping the engine run well.

Also, the term "invalidates the warranty" is widely used on the forum, but the warranty covers many parts and only affected parts could not be covered unless proved as contributing to the failure.
So oversized wheels could invalidate the warranty on the drivetrain components like driveshafts, differential and gearbox. But aftermarket headlights won't.

Just had stage 1 done today at @BognorMotors, thx very much! I am really happy with the result on the way home, noticeable torque, did’t have any painful uphill. Can’t wait to have the box sorted.
