I was thinking of doing something similar. I got the van booked in Thursday for a bit of vinyl work.

It certainly looks snazzy.

I’ve done it a little different today. If you gaze carefully you’ll notice that I’ve attempted to ‘hide’ the self-adhesive wind deflectors by continuing the outer edge in black. I wasn’t comfortable with the clip on ones, because of the anti-trap mechanism to the windows.

Also, thought I’d try to link the side repeaters with the headlights. There is a black line in top of headlight, so I reckon that it kinda works. IMO mind.
Anyone with a view upon this, whether + or - t

Really like how you have continued the black stripe down the front wing!

Thankyou Buggirl. I've been looking at doing something like this since I've had the van, and I reckon it's a natural link. Sort of makes the front side of the van look better. Simple cheap mod as well. And the wind deflectors look less 'stuck-on.

I have been looking for a discrete way to 'sign write' my t6 camper and love the vinyl just the sill with the company name, did you get them made online ?

Would doing the A-pillars be a bit too much if you had a black roof? Kind of like the Audi A1’s..

Hi Thomas. Glad you like the vinyl.
I popped in to my local sign writer who has done my previous vans for years. Told him exactly what I wanted, he sent proofs, I approved them, and he stuck ‘em on. Took 3 days from enquiry/design to van. £85.00 + Vat.
Sides and rear.
I returned to have the windows/front wings done a couple of weeks later.
I think I’ve done now.

Thanks for the advice, I've sent an email to a local sign writer with a mockup so fingers crossed, not a bad price at all really when you consider the ebay decals without the custom text and for the b-pillar is basically £50.

Thanks for the inspiration

Really love that look, imo the lwb seem more in proportion with the extras youve put on. Inspired!

No worries, you’re welcome.

Does anyone know if you can buy the OEM black wrap that is used on the T6 Gen 6 pillars? Scratched some yesterday so now have a white blob mixed in the black. Ideally want the same so it matches all round - I guess I could get it sorted at a vehicle wrapper but would rather get original if possible.

Externally, Yes!
But you may find it cheaper to go to your local wrapper.

Careful when buying vinyl wrap. I've been 'educated' by the guy that does all my work. There are several types of vinyl apparently, but predominantly there is 'sign' vinyl, which tends to be what's sold on places like ebay in small quantities. This is not designed to be long lasting. It will shrink and stain easily, plus not resistant to heavy chemicals.
Then there is the proper car vinyl. This is much more expensive, but will last, will stretch, will apply much nicer.

Personally I'd pop into a wrap specialist and just get them to do it, as it's not as expensive as you'd imagine to have them do the job with the correct vinyl and the back up if anything goes wrong.

I have a guy in Leicester that I use for everything now, and he's fantastic, reliable and very enthusiastic.
