Hi all,

Brandon from AJC Conversions, i thought we better get involved with the T6 forum and show off some of the things we have been producing in the workshop on the quiet. We used to be very active on T4forum, forgive me if that's a swear word on here lol.

All of our furniture is hand made in house and scribed to each vehicle to ensure the perfect fit is achieved time after time, takes a bit longer but we're sure it's worth it!

We're a conversion company based in Glossop who've been focusing on Transporter for well over 10 years, we offer a full range of works from full conversions to even a simple window fit.

Here's a couple of piccies of what we've been up to :D

Thanks for letting me post, look forward to chatting with you all!

Been busy lately with lots of new vans coming and going. 3 for conversion dropped off over the weekend and a Trip to the NEC for MACH 22 proved great for finding new technology. Managed to source a laser scanner meaning we will be able to keep that CNC running a lot more, watch this space :p

T6.1 lowered on Bilstein coilovers,
The Dooley's LWB T6 handed over, a full job of correcting others wrongdoings and making a now safe to use campervan
And the Copelands SWB units in production on the CNC.

Looking forward to a great week and plenty to get done!!

Another busy week last week, particularly with bank holiday and deadlines to meet before a well deserved break!
Mary and Dan's T6.1 is now nearing completion after awaiting that pesky RIB for what feels like forever. Alan collected his T6.1 Kombi and was over the moon, always the best bit :D

Three more vehicles in the workshop this week, lots and lots of cutting, pics to follow!

A pleasant update today on a T5 showing our carpet lining process along with an AJC 1 piece ply floor and vinyl being installed and fit and finish you can expect from one of these. We sell a lot of floors to public and are also open to trade sales on these. A perfect fit time after time :waving:

Been a little slow on updates here lately, we've had a huge workload on and lots of deadlines which bank holidays don't help with!!! :slow rofl:

A stage 1 conversion we completed around 4 months ago now due back in the workshop in just over a week to finish off the build! As always plenty of forward planning allowing the customer to use the van for now but no hinder the build moving forward!

Will have some pics to post once we're all complete!

Really getting to grips with CAD drawings on the CNC and have made some bespoke things lately! Arrival of a laser scanner in the workshop in the coming weeks should help with this also. Looking forward to the possibilities with this :)

What’s your diary looking like for a nearly full conversion?
Hi Jon,

I have some slots in July available still! Feel free to give me a call on 07723459872 if i can answer any questions you might have!

Kind regards, Brandon

A visit to Cyprus towards the end of this month has caught me being a lot more active in the workshop to get everything complete before flying, hence my month break!

We've had a lot of vans roll out the doors during this time. One being James' LWB T6.1, a stunning van and a massive upgrade on his previous model!
The van featured a RIB 112cm bed, Reimo Superflat roof, Eber D2L diesel heater and some stunning solid Oak worktops (i love making these) The van has also been cabled and fused in preparation of solar installation later down the line enabling us to perform a seamless install and prevent the solar looking like a retrofit!

Is that knock on edging or edge banding on the units?

Single lipped knock on T trim edging... We had pondered going down the edge banding route but would result in a total redesign of our conversion layout, larger door openings would hinder access to storage when the bed is down this way so we stayed as we are
