welcome to London, the place that traffic wardens like to hide in doorways and ticket you while loading the van.

I had this in Hammersmith a couple of years ago. I was chatting to a warden while unloading the van, as his mate was sticking a ticket on the windscreen.
This was at 0625. The appeal was unsuccessful, so it cost me around £300 in the end.

It is a Jet Rack. It fitted nicely in the Transporter, certainly easier than the ones I fitted in our Transit Connects. I bought their universal mounting kit which has captive nuts for the unistrut to screw into. I took out the roof panel, used a laser level to line the plates up on each crossmember, and marked where the crossmembers were with tape.

I then refitted the roof panel and used the tape and laser line to mark where the captive nuts were on the panel. That way I could take the roof panel out again, put a 20mm hole saw through on the marks. Fingers crossed, the holes line up with the captive nuts, and you can then refit the roof panel and then fit the unistrut afterwards. I also trimmed some of the trims that go in between the roof panels to accomodate the unistrut.
