Thanks. It just says meeting spec VW 507.00 in the manual that's it. I did look before asking the question.

I agree with Loz then - Castrol Edge.
Make sure it is the VW 507 spec - Amazon do it at a good price sometimes.

Anything meeting 507.00 is fine. I use millers nano tech personally.
