one question about "homeland" series,
you liked all the seasons like the first?
i found the second boring... and i stopped watching..
do you think the other seasons are better?

It often fills me with envy when I read someone hasn't watched a full series of a boxset I love. I've watched Homeland start to end twice and it just gets better. Yes, there are aspects of Claire Danes (Carrie) character that can be frustrating to watch, specially her one night stands, which can knock her credibility as a bad ass CIA officer, but the fact they incorporated a character that has Bipolar just adds to the drama in my opinion. If you can avoid some of the cringe moments where she does things that make you squirm, Homeland is one of my top 10 watches and i'd definitely give the rest of the seasons a go.
Keep a special eye on Quinn at the end of season 6 and throughout season 7 a particular favourite of mine and fantastically played by Rupert Friend.

Life on mars is another program i really enjoyed, being set in a 'simpler' time where people didnt do things by the book or be scared of offending someone by not being PC enough!

Watching the clock....waiting for Father Brown ....yep you might say WHAT! But is harks back to a time when....

We Could hang bad people
We respected everyone
We could laugh at the antics of a generation of innocence

It has a touch of Quentin Tarrantino(Randon gratuitous murder) to it at times..

Also waiting for the Orville and Discovery.

Just started on altered carbon series 2.

Watched that last night. Full throttle fast paced and really good. It's a bit like Fast and Furious on steroids.
Some amazing full on car chases with a Bad Ass bright Green Alfa and the older shape 5 Series BMW.

Really enjoyed this but disappointed it was not a box set. I thought it was set up perfectly for a one hour, high octane ‘mission’ every episode. Good escapist action

Recently enjoyed Stranger and Safe on Netflix (both written by Harlen Coben) crime whodunnit . Only 6 or 8 episodes so an easy watch
