So how do you know if you have heated jets?

Lift the bonnet. Look in the back right where the washer hose is. Two cable/lines means one for electricity and one for water. Single ribbed hose = no heatySo how do you know if you have heated jets?
Where did you get yours from?I've got a set, apparently for a Passat, just waiting to fit them.
Oddly the heated ones can be had cheaper than the unheated ones.
Off grid ???? Is that diff lock engaged? Not so much what I’ve done to it, but I’ve driven it through the 150k milestone whilst driving up the Croatian coast today.

had exactly the same thing happen to me last yearI left Busfest on Sunday for a pleasant 10 mile run to my mother's in Worcester.
I always have the drivers window open about an inch.
It's now pouring, proverbial cats and dogs.
Get to Mom's, remember she doesn't have proper tea bags or proper milk.
Quick dash into the slidy door to retrieve a couple of PG's finest (stored in the useful sink) and milk.
I press the fob button to lock up. Very occasionally a slightly open window confuses my vans brain, and the window goes down and not up.
This was that occasion. 3 hours of heavy rain went through my now half open window.
Soaking seat, and soaking window buttons. Side pocket carpets saturated.
Window controls on drivers door were not working any more.
Day off today, so out with the trim tools to take out the door button unit, diesel heater up to high in the van.
An hour of hair dryer blowage into the door then the buttons. A serious dry out basically.
Put it all back together, it only works again!
Potential for future problems maybe, but for today I'm happy!

Did you just dry it out too? Any issues since?had exactly the same thing happen to me last year![]()
Did the Audi switch fit the same as T6 one - straight swap? Have you got a part number?Covered and put a light in my glovebox.
Used a switched piston thing from an audi so it activates the light and doesn't flop down

I've done exactly the same thing.... Why do they make those adjustment screws plastic. Is there a particular brand that are made better with metal screws?Hmmm…. well after the great upgrade idea from @vwjack and the link gratefully supplied by @Matt-T68 I ordered and received said washer jets…. I fitted them yesterday evening no problem, but wasn’t quite happy with the spray pattern…. it seemed too high and heading up onto the roof! So today I set about adjusting them…. it’s most probably my heavy handedness, but whilst adjusting slowly and carefully (and with no resistance) one of them broke!
So that went straight in the bin and I decided to wash the original parts in hot soapy water and refit.![]()

Were yours pattern parts or original? My research suggests the OE ones had a metal wormmdrife in the adjuster whereas the pattern ones are plastic.
