Had new ARBās fitted & an engine mount.. then took her for wheel alignment.. mentioned something should be from 5% to 1.2%
Sorted anyway..
Today, been bugging the crap outta me, the OS wing mirror door plastic wasnāt flush with the other black piece on the A pillar.. so took it off & try to find out why.. took the wing mirror cover off as well - basically couldnāt see a DAB connection at all! Got Apple CarPlay but want everything to be working as it should.
Low & behold someone previously had butchered the cover!! Connections broke/snapped!!
Livid.
So the metal fixing had not been attached correct to the plastic, needs quite a forceful āclipā in the designated holes then attached with flange screws.. managed to do this, not easy, screwed back together, refit the sponge fixing between the mirror & door then attached to the door.. looked a lot better - nearly bang on..
The wing mirror cover is now a concern as Iām very picky about having things right..

Saturday, picked the bus back up from @DavTec after have him work his magic on my audio.
i'd already improved the OEM stuff a while back but grew tired of the still poor sound quality of the music genre i like to listen too so decided to take it up a good few levels with a custom install by Chris.
Replaced the head unit with an awesome Alpine Halo 11, added custom A pillar build, upgraded door speakers and even moor sound deadening, amp control in door pocket, drivers under seat sub and 2 very large subs in the rear in a removable "base coffin", all powered by hidden amps concealed behind my rear side panels.
Absolutely blown away with the quality of the install and the sound quality, the drive home was like having the artists sat on my dash belting it out, didn't matter what volume level you picked the sound was crystal clear. The small switch in the door pocket above the amp control gives the ability to switch over to the leisure battery and stream music direct from your phone if your parked up without the ignition, great feature.

If you are thinking of improving your audio don't hesitate to give him a shout, does't matter what level you want to take it to he will sort you out an make sure you leave 100% happy.

On recommendation from a fellow member, a flush fitting 12v cigarette fitting to usb adapter. Very handy
Put a nice new distressed look wheel on the van. Swampy sort of look.

Ah cheers pal, Glad your happy! If you love music you cannot beat a well tuned, great sounding system. It's the only place 98% of people listen and appreciate music properly!
Not exactly today but did service when was in Poland should be cheaper then do here but wonder. Jobs done

I go only for oil change and timing belt with water pump but he find more 
I'd like to be able to say I installed my renogy B2B/MPPT, neg bus bar, uber pos bus bar fuse board, routed my wired from driver seat to rear and routed a ac battery charger... in 7hrs... on my own....
But I cant. It was mostly @Bigsidavies and his absurd skills withba spanner and stanley knife, despite his disabily (LHS)
