Fitted a pair of stealth Lazer lamp covers, unfortunately I’ve been seeing more posts about the lamps being ripped out by the scum, one poor guy twice in a few weeks, so now when I have to leave the van in more risky areas, I’ll clip these on to make it less obvious, not a lot more you can do, I always park nose in at car parks when possible
Proximity function on my alarm helps with that. Sadly UK law prefented me fitting the taser dispenser.
I ha a proximity sensor on a car I ha a long time ago. I used to speak to people who got too close warning "please step away" (or similar) in the ned I turned it off as it used to attract kids deliberately standing too close lol.

i've never had problems with kids messing with mine, but then I look like and am build like my avatar pic so the're disinclined to mess with me or mine.
My alarm gives a couple of warning chirps, and if Johnny Scumbag doesn't back away it activates in full and pages me with a text message.
Might well have been, I lived across the road from where it was filmed until I was 8 years old. Cousin had a wedding reception in there as well.
If you're not stood next to the car it doesn't matter.
And a couple of chirps isn't as interesting as the alarm talking to them lol.

That's exactly where my mind went when I read the post. By coincidence, I saw something online earlier today saying that it's 25 years since Phoenix Nights made it's first appearance.
Him being stuck on the Stannah stair lift chair all night, the cheap bouncy castle, ping pong balls flying and being caught... proper politically incorrect humour.

I think you mis interpreted my post.
Put an order in today for a pop op thermal wrap from Custom Camping. Lots of dosh and I will need some sort of steps to fit it but believe it’s worth it long term.
External one? I ordered an internal one and it just doesn’t fit. Think I’ll follow suit. The sticky Velcro they gave me just doesn’t stick to the pop top canvas
I did attempt my own internal one and also had a nightmare with Velcro etc. Also I want something which will weather better than my canvas and vents.
Check out discounts thread if you do as managed to find a code for 10% of custom camping. I already have their thermal screen and door kitchens.
Amp/Sub woofer and speakers arrived today, just waiting for the sound deadening and acoustic foam, and then it's all systems go.
