What Have You Bought Today?

£7 to deliver a bottle of wheel cleaner ??? That's just mental 😦
We try our hardest to make shipping free all times, but sometimes things just aren’t possible sorry

We don’t take any profit on the shipping and have kept it competitive to other sellers of cleaning products.

If you purchase over £50 of our products we do offer free shipping.

I'm comparing it to the likes of - Bilt Hamber Korrosol 1 Litre Iron X Metallic Fallout Remover *OFFICIAL STOCKIST* | eBay UK
Very similar product thats proven with great reviews and free shipping .
Thing is it’s £14 plus delivery everywhere else but £17.48 with ‘free’ delivery on that link. Nothing is free.
However, everywhere I look seems to charge £2.95 delivery. £7.99 is disproportionate to the size and price of the product. I always try to buy local from bricks and mortar, I’m a reluctant online buyer anyway.

I just wanted to buy stuff from @Nutexa Frictions , with the miles I do I am unlikely to need pads or disks for a while.
Supporting an active forum friend was important to me, and £25 will go a long way to propping up their finances in this trading year...

Yeah I get that. That’s one of the reasons I bought my discs and pads from them. That’s also my main driver for buying local from bricks and mortar shops where I can. Our local motor spares shop is more expensive for everything, but I always shop there. Because when it’s gone I won’t be able to just pop in and buy 2 fuses in an emergency when I have a mishap, or nip and get a new number plate for the bike rack in 10 minutes like I did the other week (£17 though-Jesus).
So I’m with you there @Drive Wayne

Yep I agree it's had the 'free' shipping built into the price so it's not technically free .
My point was that if you look at the overall price (including delivery) it doesn't make the stuff Wayne bought look quite so 'competitive' .
Wayne if your happy to pay the extra to support a fellow forum member then I'll send you a list of goodies I'm currently looking at for our van

I can picture the scene next week, I will be awoken by a marching band preceded by Russ and Jan with my special bottle of wheel cleaner on a gold embroidered cushion, my neighbours will be gathered cheering at the thought of my alloys being properly shiny for the first time in a number of weeks.
A flock of white doves (or racing pigeons) will be released in celebration of another retail purchase having not gone through the internet channels.
And then I woke up......

Just possible to fit on the back and still open the slider.

That's the minimum the awning has to come out as the feet won't go vertical on that side of the Fiamma legs, although I think I can file down the plastic to allow more movement.

Feels very secure, but usual caveats about wind, leaving the van, overnight etc. apply.
Hi. May i ask please just how far out the awning would go . Cheers..Norton.
