Webasto Heater/cooler

Likely a stupid question but ill go anyway.

I’ve got a Webasto heater with a control knob (don’t have a pic to hand) which doesn’t have a digital temp gauge.

If I put it on the lowest will it heat up slightly or just be in effect a fan?

Off to France on Friday and might buy a plug in fan but if that’ll blow the air around the van I won’t need to.

Sadly don’t have time to get to the van in lockup and test it out before I get it and go on Thursday

Assuming STC model - no ventilation function possible with the rheostat, you need a Smartcontrol/Multicontrol for that.

Assuming STC model:
If you have the white/red wire from position 16 taped up near to the plug for the rheostat you can switch this to ground to give you ventilation function, speed dependant upon the knob position.
