EHU is available but limited. (There is 16 EHU`s that can have 1x Splitter each - so 32 EHU points max) - so book early if you want EHU.

EHU pitch location is on a "first come - first served basis", that means that you can choose your own EHU pitch location when you arrive onsite,

The only way to reserve a specific EHU location is be the first to get there, ie arrive a day or more earlier to secure that specific location for the remainder of the event/weekend/week. ( some will be staying the week )

All other locations will be allocated on a arrival - First come, First served basis (there should be enough to go around)

We need to highlight this point as the site will allocate a EHU location on your booking/receipt form when you book - as part of there booking procedure,

This however will not be you final location onsite - that will be allocation on arrival. . . . . . .

(this is due to us having to double up the 16 available EHU locations to 32 pitches and with friends and family asking to be pitched together etc the EHU pitch locations becomes very fluid as we try to accommodate everyone's wishes ( ie larger setups, smaller setups, closer to the toilets, disabled access, away from the fire pits, closer to the entrance etc etc etc - everyone's wishes are different and we try to please everyone when pitching )

so again, if you want a specific EHU location you need to be first to arrive (ie wed,thur,fri etc)


We will get everyone parked & setup as normal with a meet & Greet at the camping field entrance like normal

So far we have the Pizza Van booked for Saturday evening.

we have requested the Bread-Van Farm Market van thing for both day (mornings) Friday & Saturday.

we have also requested a Second Food Van (Fish & Chip van) for the Friday evening - TBC

The "Cinema in the cow shed" will be running

we are also looking at some "Sports Day" style entertainment arranged by @Pauly & Vic

There has been a suggestion of a "Themed Party night" on Saturday - fancy dress optional - but you know you want too.

It costs a fortune to procure and bring up all the extra kit that creates the Disco Tent & Festival look and feel for the week/weekend.

With this in mind we are again setting up a Donations pool for the 2024 event.

This will go towards:

Fire Wood,

Disco Tent,

Central Entertainment area setup,
Love island style lighting,

High Season Electric Pitch = £38 - 2 people and 1 Vehicle
High Season Grass Pitch = £28 - 2 people and 1 Vehicle


any extras will need to be added as per the sites standard booking procedure.

ANYONE wanting to connect to EHU either directly or via Splitter NEEDS to pay the EHU pitch fee. - Sharing a EHU pitch fee is not permitted. (ie 1x Grass fee & 1x EHU fee on a splitter is not permitted. Both parties need to pay the EHU fee) (Site rules, not ours)

We have the whole camping field exclusively for T6Forum based on the assumption that we will fill it. (Business is business right !!)

We have monthly catch-ups and the final numbers evaluation will be 1st June 2024.

That means we ALL need to pay in full / deposit before this date and have the field fully booked.

Failure to hit the target will mean the site will open up the camping field to the public. ( which is not good )

So can we please ask everyone that has been issued a E-Ticket that they contact the site and pay a Deposit or in full at the earliest opportunity.

Well be moving the disco tent V7.0 to a new location for 2024.

To stop any of the "turn it down" merchants from moaning and giving the events team any agro.

So we'll be pushing it as far away from anything as possible next year as a trial run .....

Sarah and I will be there @Dellmassive , Friday 26th is baby daughters 17th birthday (I believe Mick said he would let her drive his Tesla?), so we will be over on Saturday to Monday/Tuesday if that's OK? We have to book a driving lesson on her birthday don't we, isn't that a thing these days? No hook up, dry land would be good this time!

Officially yes, that's the word from site . . . any extras are supposed to be declared.

because our weekend is during PEAK SEASON, they cant offer us a club discount. ( we have tried for a fixed rate and club discount etc )

they will offer us the whole field - provided we fill it.

but the deal is we pay the standard pitch rates as any other members of the public would have paid.

but we need to be sensible. . .

as in a Van + air tent/wind out awning + 2ppl would be a standard pitch fee.

Its the big extras that they are looking at = extra 8man tents, extra people, extra gazebos, extra bouncy castle, extra bowling ally, etc etc etc.

(the £50 security deposit is mentioned - but they never actually take it out your bank - they just keep your details, in case. (but no one has ever been charged afaik)
