T6 vs T6.1 front seat shape

Hi, as my hunt for a single captains passenger seat continues I've noticed a few 6.1 seats. Does anyone know if they're the exact same shape foam/cushions and headrest etc etc in a t6vs6.1. Fabric difference is no prob. Thanks a lot.

I swapped my vw waterproof seat covers from my old 6, to my 6.1. The fit seemed the same. I know this isn’t an exact science, but head rests and arm rests are as snug, on both. I can’t comment on the fixings. Hope that helps, a bit!!

I'd like to bet you could swap a 2021 T6.1 seats with a 2004 T5 with no problems.

Ah- sorry I was meaning the actual shape of the pads etc to see if the 6.1 would match the shape of my T6
