Hi, I know this post is super old but just wondered if you went for these Voll headlights in the end and if so how did you get on with them?

I have them and today one of the DRLs has gone down. They are about 16 months old

Must have been a glitch as all ok tonight.

I have already purchased and installed these lights. However, a problem appeared with the left one – the low beam randomly turns off and flickers. The manufacturer sent me a new module. Unfortunately, after replacing it, the issue appeared again. Do you have any idea where the problem could be? I really need to solve this problem, because I don’t want to revert to halogen lights after seeing how perfectly these LEDs shine.

Quickest/easiest solution is to check the connector is seated well. I found one of mine wouldn’t adjust height and have to reseat the connector to resolve twice in 18 months.

I'll check it. But it only flickers on low beam. The daylight is OK.

One important thing I didn’t mention is that this issue doesn’t appear right after startup. It takes up to 30 minutes for the light to start blinking.

You are also on full lock there with the fog light acting as a cornering light. Does that have an impact?

My THQ lights needing loads of coding to avoid random issues, could this be a similar case?

The issue also appears even when I’m driving straight and the fog lights are turned off. It only occurs on the left-hand side. The right ones work perfectly.
