T6.1 Squeaking suspension / brakes

I’ve got a T6.1 and have noticed the past few days when the van comes to a stop after breaking there is a squeaking from the rear.
It doesn’t happen when braking lightly or going over uneven roads, so I presume it’s something happening at the final stage of breaking, and the force it takes to stop the van?
Anyone else have this?
