T30 rated tyres on a T32…opinions….

I’d still be worried about insurance without running the correct tyre… but let’s not go there!

Thanks for the photos - I guess the issue I have is that I can’t find any tyres with a low profile like yours that are 103 load rated - they all require a stronger and bigger sidewall - so I suspect I wouldn’t be able to lower the van much and still drive it without the tyres rubbing on the arch liner or wing.

Appreciate your help and advice! Thanks.
You could look at downplating your van to a T30?

I was just looking at that… might be a good shout.

Do most people just go with SVTech, or have any forum members done it themselves - or do you think I could ask a conversion company to do it?

Apologies if this belongs on a different thread!

I've been thinking about downplating too, gives you a lot more choices when it comes to wheels and tyres.

You could go with the wheels I had on the van when I got it. This is an image of the rear rim fully aired out.

20x9 et40 all round.

The tyres were Goodyear Eagle F1 265/40/20 103Y. Not cheap but they are load rated.
