Strange noise while parked in van

Hi All,

Here's a weird one.
I'm parked in my van with the keys out and I can here an electrical type noise.

I'm worried somethings not quite right and if nothing else, is this running my battery down?

sound like a computer hard drive?

or CD/DVD drive - it there a disk in the Radio unit?

id there a HDD in that satnav unit?

There's a CD drive in that unit, try ejecting a CD see if it help if not drive unit could be faulty. I have spares in the workshop

Dusty lens. ?

I have a CD and DVD lens cleaner in the office that has tiny little brushes on the disc, the idea being that you play the track on the CD or DVD every now and again and the small brushes can help keep the lens assembly clean. It's worked very well in the past.
