Hi there. Got our 2016 caravels recently and love it. Have been struggling with the rock and roll bench. The strap for lever
1 was off when we bought it. Then the handle for lever 1 came off too. Can slot them back on but it’s tricky and guessing something is missing as they come off too easy. Any fixes/ suggestions please
