Road Trip / Mini Break Advice

Its my gf’s 40th in June and she wants to go away somewhere. Up until January I would have booked some flights and job done. But now we have a dog it’s not that simple. Can anyone recommend somewhere (anywhere) we can drive to and stay with a dog. Don’t mind getting a ferry if needs be.

I'd go back to the isles of Scilly in a heartbeat. Been twice and will go back one day again.
Absolutely stunning with each island offering something completely different.
