Rear brake pad sensor cable

Evening everyone.

When painting my rear calipers today, I have seen that the brake pad sensor which then clips into the loom has broken and doesn't fully engage.

Any ideas where I can get a replacement?

Thanks all.

If it’s the brake pad sensor it’s self the sub loom they come with the pads if you mean the loom connector it will have the part number on the plug itself

It's the sensor attached to the pad itself. The little clip which clicks when you put it into the main loom has broken and so it could seperate. Here are some photos to avoid any confusion. The 2nd pic shows the broken clip.

Just an idea...

Just tape the conection together with cloth teasa tape.

You will get a new sensor when you fit new pads on the rear.

I will order some. On a separate note @Dellmassive, do you know if replacement rubber sleeves which cover the sliding pins for the rear calipers are sold anywhere?

Ummm.. yes you can get them from main dealer and TPS,

Not sure about online... Will have to have a rummage.

FWIW . . . and future reference - and those rear seals, have a look below.

- the rear sensor is part of the rear pads.

- the dust seal is listed below.

Amazing, you've come up trumps again @Dellmassive. Thank you good people of this forum.

It's in the post.. When you order the Brembo rear pad kit they come with 2 but you only need one, I had a search in the workshop this morning as I was sure I had one.
