Rear brake pads

Can someone help. I bought some tear brake pads (Pagid). They have a sensor wire but it's not attached. When I replaced pads previously the sensor wire was part of one of the pads. How do these attach to the pads

Don’t forget to push the concave retaining clip up tight against the pad backing plate.
