New Order for a California Ocean

Well after trying to get any responses to my request to get some quotes for various spec vans from various VW Dealers and answer any questions I gave up, because after promises to return my calls nothing happened,this was last Nov & Dec.

Then by chance looking through the T6 forum I came across Oli from Bognor Motors who has been more than helpful with his time and taking us round the respective models, in the end today after a couple of weeks of changing and then adding various upgrades we have ordered a Bamboo Ocean California 204 dsg 4 motion with some additions.

Just got to wait and see how long it will take.
Looking forward to it

From our conversations today there is a few months to wait

Only just seen this but Welcome. My beach took just over six moths and that was nothing special so your looking at something like that I'm afraid, if your lucky it could be sooner.

I'm pretty sure you are correct 6 months plus, I don't think it will be sooner with their order book, such is life.

Depends, the dealers order them up I was offered the choice of two beaches in a different colour but I wanted the yellow I ordered. One dealer I visited had 6 Cali's in the show room and four of them were Oceans. One of the beaches he had was sold over the phone to a guy in Edinburgh a few moment before I visited. If you don't mind a different colour the there is a chance the dealer has something on order you could have when it comes in. Worth asking
