do you mind sharing the brand? thanks
Sure, this is the current one on my camper. Took about 2 hours start to finish fitting time. Worst bit drilling the hole........ As I'm in Spain a little cheaper than UK prices, but here is a UK link, however shop around. Today as I write this in the camper I'm getting 10amps from sun (sometimes get up to 12amps) at 11:25am using Victron MPPT. This morning used electric kettle 3 times, cooked breakfast on induction hob, all via inverter. The battery is already fully charged.

With an efficiency of 18.75%, the cells of the monocrystalline panels are embedded in a multi-layer structure. The upper layer is a plastic polymer called ETFE which is highly resistant to corrosion and weathering. The lower layer of the structure is composed of an aluminium sheet to contain and disperse heat generated by the cells. The aluminium also makes the panel very strong, making it ideal for nautical applications where it is possible to step on the panel. NOT recommended standing on. 4 mm thickness
Built with
7 layers, including the
ETFE surface, the best surface in terms of efficiency and durability, and a
PCB sheet that stiffens it, making it more robust and better at dissipating heat.
Above the worst bit............ drilling the hole
Stuck done with air gaps left running across - not front to rear.
As you can see, the pimples collect the light from different angles, so even with roof down can collect solar from sun at early morning and late evening.
