Just looking for some advice on lowering springs ? should i get them ? if so what ones ? how low ?
if budget lets me should i get coil overs ? if so whats good ?

If you pop some keywords in the search box, you will find loads of well established threads on lowering springs. It might be quicker looking through these threads, rather than wait for another one to establish.
