I bought this to upgrade the factory head unit in my motorhome, unfortunately I found the screen too small for navigation as I'm used to my Alpine Halo 9 in my T6.

I have the highline, would I lose my parking sensors and steering controls?

I’m not 100% sure, you may retain them if you buy a compatible harness ?

With the right loom, I retained parking sensors and steering wheel controls on my Kenwood DMX8019, so it should be possible on that one too.
