Is it possible to retrospectively fit a Motexion fibreglass bulkhead, to a VAN with a factory deleted bulkhead?

Hey guys, as the title suggests, is this possible? Seems Motexion are the only manufacturer of retrofitted bulkheads and only available through VW. My dealer is saying its not possible as there no 'lip' to secure the bulkhead in situ. Hmmmm....

Which exactly is the bulkhead you’re referring to?

My T6 had a steel bulkhead behind the cab from the factory, I removed it and cut away the brackets. Then I installed a Motexion carpeted bulkhead with the glass window. It came with self taping screws which go directly into the body of the van.

Not sure if my Motexion bulkhead is the same as the one you’re after, mine is ZGB7HB017231.

Im referring to a new van with no bulkhead.

Yes it can. The angled brackets need to be removed (painful with a Dremel on the spot welds).

Be mindful if you carpet line both sides (the bulkhead and the pillars) it will be a very tight fit.
