so is it possible to hard wire in my dash can to the cab interior light??

if so what wires do i splice.

It’s not advisable, just run the cables down the A pillar and under the dash to the fuse box

As @Deaky said, I managed to run the cable under the A Pillar and head liner without removing as they can be pried back with a trim tool.
