Mysterious wire entering bulkhead

I was attempting to route the cable for my DC to DC charger this afternoon. I planned to use the lower grommet behind the battery but it appears it is already occupied by an unknown wire.

The wire comes from below the headlight, along the wing and it enters the the cab on the passanger side. It enters the cab through the lower grommet which is behind the battery and then carries on up the A-pillar.

Can Anyone hazard a guess as to what this wire would be for as I have no idea.

The only additional items wired in the van that I'm aware of are LED lights in the roof and speakers in the rear which I can account for.

Do you have aftermarket headlights fitted? It might be a feed for DRLs.

Curious. It looks aftermarket as it doesn't seem to be included in the tessa tape bundling.

I'm trying to think of anything that would need routing from the roof to the front of the grill area...

Has it had any camera systems fitted?

Perhaps an amp in the back, connected to the engine bay fuse box thats just behind the passenger side head light

Yeah. Up the A pillar does suggests its something going into the back and its a fairly thick gauge so something with high wattage like an amp or sub?

It's Tesa taped inside and is wrapped in the barcode sticker. Is that not factory?

Can see it carried onto the rear along with the speaker cables that are tied into the tweaker but I'm not sure where it goes after that.

I bought the van 2 years old but have pictures of when it was first sold. No sign of an amp or sub in the rear when the van was sold newly converted to Kombi.

The loom with the barcode is OEM but the red/black cable is not, neither are the cable ties holding it to the loom

The black and red cable are the battery feed for the LED lights. The thick black mystery cable is wrapped up in those cables in the tesa tape and appear to be apart of the loom with the bar code.

I'm going to need to chase this wire but I'm away for work in a couple of days for a month and I think the wife will kill me if I try to do it before I go.

Is this mysterious wire definitely a cable? Or could it be a rear screen washer pipe?
