Help needed to identify the 2 brown connectors. And hopefully where I can order the opposite parts (the bits that would plug into these brown connectors) and the relevant pins.

those are the standard ISO speaker blocks. . . . . . 4 Chanel

green, white, grey, purple . . . . .

that is a break-out lead that will allow you to the the speaker-level signals out the radio to feed and AMP, then connect the AMP side to the speaker-side block.

Aren’t they the old style ISO connectors?

Edit - beaten to it in major style by WikiDell :D

Thanks @Dellmassive and @andys , perhaps a bit more explanation.
I am planning to amp up the front speaker in the van. I want to run them as fully active.
ie.
Ch 1 Front Left Tweeter
Ch 2 Front Right Tweeter
Ch 3 Front Left Woofer
Ch 4 Front Right Woofer.

Therefore I would connect the lead to the amp (as in image below)
Screenshot 2019-12-27 at 11.26.27.png

Then I would connect the outputs from the amplifier directly to the speakers as I cant use the OEM speaker loom as it contains a crossover which I wont need. Is this correct?
Also as I want to use the leisure battery to power the amp I wont need to connect the +BATT lead in the above photo. Just the remote I/O to switch the amp on when the head unit comes on?

Maybe our other electronics Guru can help, @Deaky

the 4 chanels are front/rear/left/right. is the radio will display fader -front/rear balance left/right.

if you amping just front . . . it will be chanel 1&2 (greys and whites)

chanels 3&4 are for rears (green and purple)

The EOM loom hasnt got a xover - just a cap inline with the tweeter.....

so you just connect the ISO block fronts 1&2 "out" from the radio to the HI "in" on the AMP in 2chanel mode.

The connect the AMP 2chl speaker outputs back in to the ISO speaker loom to connect to the

****************************

so you use the above breakout cable put an AMP "inline" with the speaker feed, by using those ISO connectors

****************************

The AMP cam be run from the Leisure battery, but will need a REMOTE switch on (unless it has an auto-switch on like the Vibe amps)

With a little help from Mrs Dellmassive :)
We have this one... Which one do you like best? AMP Connection.jpg

.

Could do..

Got a link for that one?

What, running your own looms from the amp to the doors?

And using a 4chnl amp to split the tweeters out?

Doesnt the speaker set come with a crossover?

What amp you looking to use?

@Dellmassive ; I've read those threads, excellent as always but they dont solve my problem I want to get around the crossovers in the OEM loom.
So I cant use the outputs from the lamp into the brown ISO connector. I will have to go straight to speakers.

Hmmmm Anyone interested in a set of Etons.

The T6 does NOT have a crossover in the loom between the radio and the speakers.

The door woofer is full range and a direct conection.

The a-pillar tweeter is also a direct conection, to the radio but has a inline filter capacitor at the rear of the tweeter. . That acts as a cover or HPF.

There is no reason why you cant connect it as above . . . . unless you new speakers has a seperate xover? in which case you just need to run one wire to the tweeter possibly

What @Dellmassive said, there are no crossovers in the existing loom, the gauge of the wire is too small for a decent amp however. I wouldn’t recommend you use it. Run a new cable from the amp for each speaker

Thanks guys.
SO I reckon I get one of these:
Screenshot 2019-12-27 at 11.26.27.png

Then this lead to the amp:

Screenshot 2019-12-27 at 17.45.08.png

Then make my own loom from the amp to speakers using this I got:

Any suggestions of wire I should use?

TIA
