Had mine done by @antony.charnley today. He did a great job, very neat and tidy - he clearly takes pride in his workmanship. He uploaded the latest firmware and talked me through the functions, though it's a lot to take in and doubtless ill be learning through experience over the coming days.

Nice guy, took the time for a chat about Transporters and stuff. He'd had a minor van issue of his own so hope he got home safe and hes not broken down in a remote lay by wishing he hadn't watched Deliverance the night before!

She's in the stables now awaiting proper diagnosis.. high pressure fuel pump might have conked it, maybe new injectors and a full fuel system rebuild and clear out. Oh Hurrah! Needs a drain down test to know more.. the fuel reg pressure switch and filter for good measure whilst we sus the rest out.

A pleasure working on your vehicle, though wish I had at least given mine a good detailing before parking anywhere near such a shiny version..

I bought the android kit from Everest-vw to compliment / complete my set up. I watched most of the YouTube tutorials & had it in front of me when doing the install, me being impatient I still made mistakes. I messaged Antony & we scheduled a call for the next day. I carried out a reset on my unit to start from fresh & when Antony & I got in the call he had my unit set up & running in about 30 minutes. Really exemplary service, it was a Sunday & Antony had a lot going on with his own family and he still gave me time, an absolutely faultless service & can’t thank him or recommend his services enough. Despite my experience (impatient set up) & restart required his YouTube channel offers a huge catalogue of help & provides thorough tuition on setup of the android unit and also digidash units for all manner of vehicles (VW’s).
A true gent, very helpful, very patient. Thank you.
