Hi, they will be able to help out, or have a look over some old threads on here I think I may have posted about it before.

So as I was told (but not convinced) when you take the cables off the stereo, it can come off with the fitting that is supposed to stay on the stereo back. Just spent 10 minutes swearing and not trying to stab myself (un successfully) with a small screwdriver. Note to self buy stronger reading glasses.

Well done, that's what it should look like! I think the adapter cable goes in the right side of that socket. Prob best to check with ACS though.

Hi, I have fitted one of these Head units in the last couple of weeks and asked ACS a similar question and they confirmed it goes into the right-hand connector.

I would just like to add, that we are really please with the new Head unit. Also ACS customer service was great, answering all my questions really thoroughly and immediately!.

Just realised it is now 12 months. Unit is still going strong and I'm still really happy with it.

Bought one of these for my van, installation was straightforward if not a bit fiddly running the cables for reversing camera through the boot, with lots of swearing I got it done

The camera did die on me after 7 months "Rear camera signal lost" error message. After a bit of trouble shooting with ACS they sent out a new camera which worked straight away on replacement - albeit with a shorter cable so a new hole in the boot needed

Sadly wrote the van off last weekend, but will certainly be getting another of these head units, though might fork out for a different camera that sits a bit more flush in the boot handle rather than hanging down... otherwise, great bit of kit for the price

Just fitted one and it’s great however when I’m using left indicator the head unit goes off only happens with left indicator strange any ideas on this problem would be great thanks

Very strange! Do you have a rear camera fitted? Could it be something to do with the trigger line in the rear light cluster? I would probably reach out to the company.

@tomosllyr yes camera fitted, spoke to company and they have been great helping me through a few things and going to take headunit out tomorrow and try a few things they mentioned, I bought head unit secondhand so possibly faulty but I am impressed with the company the help they have given me has been really good
