Aftermarket sliding windows: Front or Rear Slider?

Hi,

I took delivery of my windows last week but didn't realise the make I went for were only rear slider on the side window. I contacted the company and they agreed I could return them....... but now I'm wondering whats the benefits of a rear slider? I really like the shallow recess of the slider I've got, but not sure if its because I always see campers with front sliders thats putting me off the rear slider design o_O another words what I class as "normal"

I've got a RH sink Smev 9722, would the slider be easier to open at the rear if both glass covers were open opposed to a front slider?

Thought converting a van would be easy, the decision making I'm finding the hardest :slow rofl:

If it helps, we don’t have any sliding windows on our conversion, and don’t feel the need for them at all.
Where exactly do you plan to put windows ?
