2017 T6 CXEB Van wont start no matter what…

So here is the deal right now.
I’ve followed almost all the discussions I could find on this forum and others and can not seem to resolve my issue.
I recently replaced my intake manifold.
And for the CXEB engine that means usually the front needs to come of.
To get to the bolt behind the fuel pump I used a custom wrench but needed to remove the inner most hpfp line to the rail.

Everything is at the correct position, all connectors seem to be fine. No fault codes, pressure all around is good, injectors are commanded to fire, I also ran the transfer pump for a while before ever cranking the engine.
I thereafter blew my starter after getting it to run on starting gas, and with the new starter it turns over really fast and good, within the correct values.
I checked all the fuses, under the battery to inside the dashboard, they are fine.

Every single value from camshaft to mean injection to air mass is totally okay or really good. I’ve checked with the tools in other posts and compared the values aswell, on every single thing from the ones I’ve said to the damn abs for some reason.
What could have possibly happened? I have made sure that the injector lines even blow fuel all the way to the injectors but it doesnt want to fire!
It runs on gas just fine, timing was changed and done perfectly not too long ago aswell.

The only thing I’ve noticed is that when vacuuming the lines there seems to always be air coming out, and everything that I’ve touches is sealed tight.
And I’ve bled this car with all possible methods for a whole week now. No luck.

Please help me as you all are my last hope right now. I love driving the van but this is driving me insane.

Kind regards

Oscar

I assume engine was running OK before removing manifold? What was the reason to remove the manifold?

You will probably need to run the b;ockmaps for everything fuel related, otherwaise the wise on this forum will just be guessing at what the isse might be.

Yes engine was running fine, had just adapted a new turbo actuator aswell so it was spooling nicely.
Got a code that the swirl flap actuator got stuck, and when I removed the intake it was sooted so much that it couldn’t even be moved. Cleaned everything up, then replaced the manifold.

How would you recommend I start this off? Honestly I ask because I have tried a lot of things by now that everything just gets jumbled together otherwise.

Thank you thus far!

From a post by @mmi for another user with similar issue and you have VCDS scan tool............

Ignition ON

VCDS > Select > 01-Engine > Adv. Meas. Values

Tick the following
IDE00021 Engine speed
IDE00347 Air mass: actual value:
IDE00352 Main injection: duration of activation
IDE00407 Rail pressure regulation: status
IDE03767 Engine status
IDE05632 Fuel pressure regulator valve actual value
IDE05633 Valve for fuel metering: feedback value measured
IDE07818 Fuel high pressure sensor: actual value
IDE07819 Fuel high pressure sensor: unconditioned voltage
IDE07821 Fuel metering valve: activation
IDE07822 Fuel pressure regulator valve: activation
IDE07824 Tank-internal presupply pump 1 bank 1: activation

Tick "Group UDS requests" - by 7 --- IMPORTANT
Click on Log > Start
Crank the engine - 3 seconds is enough.
Stop logging etc.
The logfile will be in folder C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS\Logs
Please post the logfile.

I am away today for a meeting but I’ll check everything tomorrow.
Thank you guys for all the tips.
