T6 2019 CXGB Engine transplant into 2015 vehicle no start!

Sourced and installed replacement engine for my 2015 Caravelle. CXGB 102ps donor vehicle is newer variant out of a 2019 machine. Engine will crank and all pressures and flows look fine but no start!! Followed all bleeding procedures and engine runs fine on easy start but drops as soon as you stop spraying.

Injectors have been overhauled twice and still no start can only be a fuel issue at this stage but refuses to fire!

Attached are some videos of starting attempts with various vcds channels monitored. Anyone got any advice or ideas.

Sorry cannot really see much from the videos.
@mmi is aour expert on these things but as a start It might be easier if you run the diagnostics for fuel related info and post those.

Eg

(1) Please post full VCDS Auto-Scan

(2) Please make a log of the following.

Ignition ON

VCDS > Select > 01-Engine > Adv. Meas. Values

Tick

Log > filename > Start (the logging - IMPORTANT!!!)

Crank the engine (4 seconds is sufficient)

Stop (the logging), etc.
