Hi Mark, cheers. Yes, I made it, it’s a basic plywood box with heavy duty runners. Fits into my steel box section bed frame, which is also DIY but not by me.

My mother always used to say " I want doesn't get". On this occasion, she is correct.
For that sort of money I'm sure you get decent lights, side windows that don't leak every time it rains, and an engine that doesn't have a tantrum if you do too many short journeys.
