Where Have You Been In Your Van Today?

Sadly we will be leaving Spain on Thursday, just wanted to say what great value this area offers………..in order of importance, Rioja Reserva €6.15, diesel €1,47 and a 907 gas cylinder €24. Hopefully the weather will improve in the UK by the time we get back on Friday night.

I tried to stand on the top of the wheel to reach the middle of the screen to clean it.
...it's quite difficult to get the shoe in the gap let alone pull your trainer back out as you fall backwards
I knew there was a reason I never had the suspension lowered :p

any recommendations for campsites along the French northern coast between Caen and Quimper?
If I find one, I'll post about it - although I've been down that way before, it was whilst sailing a yacht so not mush use really. We might be heading down to Noirmoutier tomorrow and further along the coast after that. Concarnau sounds alright but, for us at least, it only really works if there's a campsite within walking distance (and that doe s NOT include an aire with no facilities!).

If you time it right with the tides travel over on the passage de gois. You can park on the side of the road and have a walk and watch all the locals collecting shellfish.

Do you ever get up to the Victoria Alps as I watched an Aus TV crime series a couple of years back with Eric Bana in and apart from his character being a right miserable git the scenery was epic.
Probably not the only one here to think that Australia was either red desert or one long beach but this looked like rain forest or like Yosemite with all the giant trees.

Yes the Victorian High Country is beautiful....Just at the end of the autumn colour season now. Cheers.

Already thought about that but the timings wrong. Mind you, the beach that we’re pinched near on Ile d’Oleron at the moment is always packed with locals doing the same thing at low tide.
