I am looking for inspiration on how to mount the air tank for the air suspension under the chassis, without removing the spare wheel in the T6 4motion SWB. Anyone seen such a solution?

Thanks

Good afternoon! Yes, me...i'll put my 11,5 litres tank rear side left hand, mirror to gas exit, and I have left my spare wheel in the same place!

Great. Thanks for the pictures. Are you running single or twin compressors?
Single compressor. Problem is not compresor, as said bognormotors could be good solution twin tanks. In my case doesn't matter for me wait to get high pressure two times in tank to rise my van, it's less than 5 minutes. And this only happens when i rise in maxium off road position

We run twin compressors and twin tanks - we are LWB 4Motion though. But we’ve also retained a 20” spare wheel and have a webasto heater so it’s very tight.

Yeah my problem is the same as the OP. SWB spare wheel water tank and 4 motion. So looking at potential options. Is twin small tanks in this space an option?

Yes might be your best option. Are you fitting yourself or looking for someone to fit. Maybe we can help?

Me a SWB, 4 motion, heater and spare wheel, also water tank. I think i would find space for another tank if i needed, lots of little space for small tanks. What air system do you want? and @Bognormotor what air system do you have?

Then we can do this for you. We fitted air + to a van last week. See the post on our BMVS thread. Get in touch for more details.

We also have a couple of demo vehicles if you wanted to come and take a look and have a drive.
