Wheels already fitted with VW TPMS sensors

I’m, possibly, about to hit the buy button on some OEM VW Manaus alloys that were demo wheels from the VW factory.
No tyres but they’ve still got the TPMS sensors in.
My T6.1 doesn’t have direct TPMS. Stupid question but do I leave them fitted and ignore?
Or should I remove and is it easy to do so?
Are they worth anything? The seller says they are expensive items.

They just have a collar to unscrew to remove.

A new set of 4 from Autodoc is ~£100 delivered from Germany (Or VW UK have you bent over & charge about £90 ea.)

I'd have them off you for ~£80 as a spare set as one set of mine are over 3 years old
