What is this leaking component? Intercooler?

Hi everyone, I was planning on going to look at a t6 on Saturday, it is 4 hours from where I live so asked for a walk around video, when looking at the engine it looks like something is bubbling? Is this the intercooler? Is it a big problem? I don't want to do an 8 hour round trip for a lemon

Yep that's the charge air cooler, Google the part numbers

Looks like the charge cooler is leaking water at the seam...

And sounds like the belt tensioner is squeeling also.

Battery has been replaced.

Bright yellow colour, . . . is it ex AA?


So if you buy it, it needs be a couple of £k cheaper than similar for the required engine work.

If it's priced average or high I'd pass on it.

Thanks for your reply probably about 1k cheaper but also a 4hour drive away so think I'm gonna give it a miss, yes ex aa I believe
