why to replace HR springs? are Apex better?Dropped van of at Redline Garage Services, Cleethorpes for full suspension upgrade. Removing H&R 40mm lowering spring kit and standard shocks and replacing with Koni Special Active shocks and Apex spring kit from Larkspeed. I'll let you know how it compares .

The Koni special active shock absorbers, as recommended by CRS Performance do not recommend using anything above 35mm for the springs. The plan is to sell the H&R (40mm) springs which have only done 1500miles.why to replace HR springs? are Apex better?
