Spending the evening waxing these beauties ready for Mondays fitting… I don’t think the wife was too happy with me doing it on the living room carpet though.

Nice one @damo1023. I'm a few days behind you. Been gluing mine to the pop top today. The controller is ready and waiting so just some routeing and a few connections to make

Fitted a ply bench for sleeping on. 6 hours, most of my power tools used, and one & a half sheets of ply later ...

The top/bed board locks into the sides with the cross beams, which also help support the rigidity of the bed board. The end is trimmed round to fit the shape of the door inner.
