What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

Where did you get these from? My OEM copies have failed and I'm looking for alternatives.

Ebay, used some different clips though and needed a slight trim on the inside edge, just held them in place, drilled 9mm holds and pushed some 2 part bodywork trim clips in, feels quite solid.

Haven’t had a chance to road test it yet, but it’s nice to hear another ‘cured the whistle’ after tensioner replacement.
I wouldn't have called it a low frequency whistle though, pretty high frequency and noticeable at all speeds...

Cleaned (best I could) and re-greased the roller on the drivers door hinge.
I should have taken photos.

The top of the roller is a plastic cap, painted body colour, and simply pops off (I used a flat blade screw driver) to expose the shaft the roller sits on. Once the cap is off you can blast your oil/cleaner of choice in from the top, washing all the crud out the bottom - use a rag to catch it, before re-packing with (or in my spraying) grease.

Silent door opening is restored!

This weekend I have been doing my floor, I have fitted the deep kombi step from THQ but it looks like my floor is a little higher than the step requires.
I'm not sure if I'm going modify it, the edge of the floor or just leave it and fill underneath.

Tomorrows job it to add filler to the grooves to get a nice plank look and sand/oil.

Ignore the rust on the last picture, I didnt cover that area when grinding the panels for the windows and I have only just noticed it on the picture :)
