What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

Love to see some pics m8...I've a shuttle and wanna do the same.
Finally got packed up around 8pm by the time a a got everything put away . Left most of the trim loose at the moment as a want to give them a clean especially the top cream parts . unfortunately broke a few clips aswell on the quarter trim . My M8 said give it a quick pull and and be fine but hink a was a bit gentle and that what broke them believe it or not lol . Also there is child safety lock trim under bottom of tailgate that I didn't notice before yanking that off and broke part of that aswell :(. But other than that it all went well .if your are doing it and need eny info then I will do my best to answer questions  now just need to put some ribs on the floor then decide what floor a want down:thumbsdown:

Do these come as a whole or do you have to buy the ring seperate?.

Not to sure if you can but the ribs for the floor , I was going to steel some wood off a friend and make them .with it being a shuttle i have used the original bolts and nuts to fill in the holes for seat mounts so I will have to make them to fit round , really a rekon I could have just sealed the holes up but just did it this way ,I have proberly game my self more work :)

IMG_20190120_171857.webp Quick question to those who have changed the front fogs to leds with the canbus. Have you fitted them and secured the canbus or left it free?.

Tbh it is all DIY, one piece of fabric that i had to cut for each individual seat, then stapled on nice and tight. Getting to line up would have been great but unfortunately I prioritised the look of each individual seat. If I get chance to back track and attempt to line up I will now seeing them in situ.
Still kids love the new look (it's their space more than anything...hence the daschund sticker).
If I keep trying I can only get better at car seat upholstery ;)

Tore out the interior, fitted half a ton of wiring, 3 monumental batteries and PV cells on the roof, more to do tomorrow, glad Martyn at Travelvolts is doing it for me. . . Keep up the good work.

Finally lowered the van today , well my mate did it for me .
It was never high on my list of jobs , but after fitting 20” wheels in the spring it felt very tall .
I wanted b14’s for ages. I couldn’t afford them . So H&R 40mm springs it was .no regrets at all . Totally transformed the van . Drives great, not harsh at all which was my worry after reading many posts on here . Very happy bit dark for pics . Have to wait for morning.

Took it for its first service. Even though I specifically asked them not to wash it, guess what? They bloody washed it any way! Grrrrrrr!
