I'm surprised the adaptor plates don't deal with the offset of driver's seat to steering wheel ... I had GTD seats in my T5 with DIY adapter plates (four lengths of steel bar). Swapped driver's and passenger's over which got rid of the offset.

driver plate has a D stamped on it. Like you say there is an offset, short side from centre of seat i have towards door so it doesnt foul the door if swivel used in future. I will try flippping this so long side is at door side.

Getting ready for winter so purchased a couple of all season tyres for the fronts and popped the existing fronts on the back. So 9mm on front now and 7mm on back.

I hope ypu have got all seasons on the back as well. Shouldn't mix tyre types.

Don’t you move summers from front to back and put winter on the front for autumn, move those winters to back and fit new winters on front for winter, then winters from front to back and summers on front for spring, and finally summer to the back and new summers on the front for summer then rinse and repeat?
