What Have You Bought Today?

Following the horrible quality poptop downlighter LED's I bought from Ali Express, courtesy of @Bigsidavies I've bought the pucker ones from SCR distribution. 2x 5m strings of programmable LED tape with BT controller to do the job proper!
Less than 24 hours from order to doorstep.
Excited to fit them, but can't until my poptop canvas has been changed next Wednesday.
Both companies involved are from the Yorkshire, credit to them both for exemplary service. SCR and DriveLodge.
Even my van was born and bred in Yorkshire!
Long live the North!

Not just coal mines, sheep farms and dark, satanic mills. ;)

I'm driving up from Brum next Tuesday evening to spend the night at Riverside campsite near Skipton, so I can make the 8.30am start time for my poptop canvas to be replaced under warranty.
Alison the lady who runs it has said she won't see me because I'll get there late and be gone early.
I have been given instructions to leave the significant overnight fee of ÂŁ15 in cash underneath one of the fire extinguishers in the washing up room! She will sweep it up after her breakfast!
Folk would murder you in Brum for less!

@Bigsidavies @wayne . If it's true that they don't cattle your DAB reception, I suspect it's well worth paying a bit extra. I'b be interested in knowing whether the effects available in the app included a dimmer.

I was looking at the Ridge Monkey one yesterday. They seem like a good idea. How much is this one?
We bought the ridge monkey one at the NEC show and it’s great. Decent power and the shower switches on and off by tilting the head, which is a nice touch as the main button is on the cap / pump. Was only about 50 quid at the show but not sure on full price. Great for rinsing the dog on walks as well, or the paddleboards!

There's 2 relay switches on the Cerbo which I'm going to use, switch on and off in the app. Peter at SCR said to power both 'ends' so there's no voltage drop, did you do that or just have one lot of power for the 10m joined together string?
One lot of power. I’d read about the voltage drop above 8m so just gave them a try and there’s no apparent brightness drop. They are mega bright.
Plus it’s only just over 8m when you’ve cut them to size-less for a SWB probably.

Yep they include a dimmer. With effects on there’s 2 slider bars in the app-one for effect speed and the other for brightness.
On a fixed colour the two sliders do saturation and brightness.

OK, that's it now for my purchases for this season, but 'wifey' felt the need to order my father's day prezzie early, and got me the thing that will make my life complete (I told her).
The final thing to add to the Cerbo, inspired by @TallPaul_S (naturally), a bottom mounting(!), Victron compatible water sensor, useful when our bed is down you can't get into the water cupboard, so we can see what our clean water situation is at the Touch of the touch screen.

Just ordered a Cayman Cuda F/G awning to replace our Khyam sun canopy (with sides and front) due to the canopy ripping in the wind on our last getaway. It looks to fill the brief of being compact enough to fit on the tightest of pitches and fills the gap in between our Debus canopy and our Vango air awning. Also looks super simple to erect and probably won’t take any longer than it did to put the Khyam up with the sides and front.
