What Have You Bought Today?

Got some of the small Quick Pop straps today in post. Originally bought the Large but were too big. The website gives a good explanation on what size you need but I still got it wrong.
Fair play to Stephen at Quick Pop, exchanged very quickly with no dramas.
Just got to fit them now...
Hi Paul, thinking of getting these Quick Pop straps. How did you get on? Ta 🤙

I've bought two sets of these Maypole MP536 Pair of Yellow Grip Mats from Euro Car Parts for £9.59 per pair - much cheaper than Amazon or Go Outdoors. I thought it was time to get some before the Spring T6 camp in case the sloping field is wet.
Here they are set behind a wheel for context and size. I have two sets if I need a longer run up to get moving on muddy ground. Hopefully Agilis crossclimate 2’s will help me out if a hole (literally and metaphorically) if I need them to.

I was looking at the Ridge Monkey one yesterday. They seem like a good idea. How much is this one?
Hello there, I have the ridge monkey shower, it’s very good but just make sure you get the biggest water container that they sell as it does run out rather quickly, possibly 3 minutes.
I use mine when I go fishing in Europe & just use lake water,it’s really refreshing.

Following the horrible quality poptop downlighter LED's I bought from Ali Express, courtesy of @Bigsidavies I've bought the pucker ones from SCR distribution. 2x 5m strings of programmable LED tape with BT controller to do the job proper!
Less than 24 hours from order to doorstep.
Excited to fit them, but can't until my poptop canvas has been changed next Wednesday.
Both companies involved are from the Yorkshire, credit to them both for exemplary service. SCR and DriveLodge.
Even my van was born and bred in Yorkshire!
Long live the North!

Fit a small rocker switch so you can turn the Bluetooth controller off. It draws a fair bit even with the lights turned off.
I wired mine into the load output of my mppt controller and then put a fuse and switch in the circuit. The switch is in my ceiling panel.

There's 2 relay switches on the Cerbo which I'm going to use, switch on and off in the app. Peter at SCR said to power both 'ends' so there's no voltage drop, did you do that or just have one lot of power for the 10m joined together string?
