Sorry I should elaborate.

There are two shops round here that my wife spends all her time in and they’re both equivalent to Lidl or Aldi and sell all manner of shite as well as handy crates for my van.

Home Bargains and B&M

So I refer to them collectively as ‘Bum Bargains’.
