No security measures as such(Thule 941) as far as bikes locking Andy. Three or four half decent bike chains does the trick, by the time you've put one on and thought hang on a minute they could just flick the quick release on the wheels, and seats.

Sorry mate bad info from me. I have just checked and i have not got the thule 941. I have an older version. The thule 941 has got the lockable stems which attach to the frame.
Still an idea to get a couple bike chains imo.

Maybe these photos will help of my Atura DL with 4 bikes fitted. It locks to the tow hitch and each bike locks. I still use a bike lock as well.

With straight bars I need to use the flex in the system to get the tailgate past the bars on the inner bike. With road bikes there’s no problem.

It’s stable and nearly impossible to tell it’s there until the reverse camera comes on.

Mine is an older version because we bought it off eBay for not much money.
