Just a quick one lads,

it’s all fitted and seems to be working fine! Just wanted to check this is all normal stuff, when I first plugged it into 240v it was reading this -





And now it’s been on charge for a few hours it’s reading this -

Looks right. You can update the firmware from the app.

that looks perfect for a SLA/AGM battery, (thats a great charger, I've got the 15A version)

you need to change the mode only if you went Lithium . . .

and as Pete says . . . Update the firmware.


is it a perm fit via EHU or just plugged in to boost the battery?

there may be more that the one update . . . .

ie first update is for bluetooth module,

second update is for the charger firmware,

or update failed and needs redoing.

Also can you earth the unit via the chassis or does the ground need to run direct to the battery - post?

as above @Ads_Essex - chassis (a GOOD Ground point to the bodywork)

they get warm when running full power . . . so be sensible (dont wrap em up in a blanket, let the heat escape and all will be good)
