DRLs turn OFF with indicator on

Hi i am looking for Byte 23 bit 7 - when ticked DRL/DRLs turn OFF when blinker or emergency lights are activated on VCDS but i cannot find it anymore. I have the current update but it is not there, has this setting moved or been removed

Have you looked at the BCU VCDS screen shots topic, as I have this feature enabled.

although the label is not there(or tick box) you can still enable the bit using the binary field above.

just remember the bit order is reversed.

Hi @Loz,

Do you know if there is a way to get the drls to stay on full brightness and have the rear lights on at the same time? The only option I can find that works dims the drls but maybe there is a way by changing the code manually?

There’s an option for lights on with terminal 30, this will leave the front as standard but turn on rear lights with the ignition

Have had a look but can't seem to find any options relating to terminal 30? There's a few that mention terminal 15 though. Do you have any more detail on how to find it please @Pauly

My bad it is terminal 15
it’s the top box in byte 12
